Jared is the principal consultant and founder of Imprimis Consulting. He graduated from the University of South Carolina, and obtained a BA in Psychology and an International MBA in conjunction with the University of Vienna, Austria in 1995.
Jared has worked as a consultant and in leadership roles with 2 major international consulting firms (Accenture Consulting and Watson Wyatt) and his strong consulting background is built on over 20 years of success in the following industries: Cruise Line, Construction, Distribution, Financial Services, Food Services, Healthcare/ Insurance, Higher Education, Hospitality, Hotel & Resorts, Manufacturing, Maritime, Media, Mining, Products, Technology, Telecomm, and Utilities. He was recognized in the top 5% of consultants while working at Accenture. He has leadership experience with all stages of the project life cycle having led numerous large organizational initiatives. In addition, he has developed and facilitated leadership development, customer experience , change management, process improvement and related operational initiatives.
Jared is also an adjunct professor at the Florida International University School of Hospitality Management and is responsible for facilitating and developing the MHA High Performance Leadership Program. He is a lecturer and facilitator at the FIU, Executive & Professional Education, College of Business and is responsible for strategic planning and mgmt. development programs.
Jared is a US Army Desert Storm combat veteran and his structure and discipline are strengthened by serving in supervisory and training facilitation roles. His efforts resulted in various awards and citations and he graduated in the top 5% of the Primary Leadership Development School.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors!

Graduating from Nova Southeastern University, Patricia obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration. She is a professor in the Master’s Program at Florida International University School of Hospitality Management.
She has led programs with the American Hotel & Motel Association, and has taught Organizational Behavior, Team Dynamics, HR Management, Problem Solving, Business Communication, and Diversity & Inclusion classes at varied Universities. She is the lead facilitator of the (MHA) High Performance Leadership Program.
She provides strategic management and training consulting with an established reputation for leadership, integrity, excellence, and unmatched customer service. She has authored three books, and is honored to work with highly accomplished executives and global, best-in-class organizations. She is a Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE).
Prior to 2005, her experience includes Strategic Human Resources Executive and Operational Roles with major global luxury hospitality companies and lifestyle brands. Patricia specializes in the design and execution of integrated solutions for optimal individual, group, and organizational performance.

Graduating from the Pennsylvania State University, Alyssa obtained a BS in Industrial & Organizational Psychology with minor degrees in Business Management and in Labor Industrial Relations. She also holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology.
Alyssa has over 20 years of corporate and executive experience working with some of the world’s leading Fortune 500 organizations. She has held senior level leadership roles within international, public, private, and profit organizations in the financial, government, healthcare, and marketing & communication sectors.
Her key areas of expertise include strategic planning, training design and delivery, organizational and management development. By combining her experience and her clients’ knowledge, Alyssa helps employers develop innovative solutions to drive key strategic initiatives or implement practical solutions to solve their everyday business needs.
